I’m Rafael Feliz, a Creative Director, designer, Brand Builder, Creative Leader and cultural explorer born in the Dominican Republic, shaped by Brooklyn, and now based in the Boston area.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked across agencies, brands, and disciplines helping organizations tell clearer, more compelling stories. My career has taken me from global automotive platforms and integrated campaigns to social content, brand experiences, film, digital products, and emerging technologies.
I was fortunate to earn a merit scholarship to Parsons School of Design, an opportunity that changed the trajectory of my life and continues to influence how I approach creativity today: with curiosity, gratitude, and a belief that great ideas can come from anywhere.
Throughout my career I’ve collaborated with talented teams on work for brands including Buick, Cadillac, HUMMER, Harley-Davidson, New Balance, Dunkin’, New Era, Safeco, the Boston Celtics, and Product (RED). Along the way I’ve learned that the medium is always changing, but the challenge remains the same: finding meaningful ways to connect people and ideas.
I still love typography. I still carry a camera.
I still play guitar. I still believe collaboration is one of the most powerful creative tools we have.
I hope at least some of it sounds interesting.
